73 Tacoma Drive is a significant adaptive reuse project located in the heart of Dartmouth, transforming an 8-storey former office building into a modern purpose-built rental asset. The development includes 70 residential units, one commercial unit at grade, and a west-facing solar wall — bringing long-term energy efficiency and sustainability benefits to the site.

With the owner self-managing trade procurement through independently hired PM and site staff — outside of an established general contracting structure — the project carries inherent delivery risk.
