Toronto, ON — Peakhill Capital is pleased to announce the launch of Peakhill Opportunity REIT (“P-REIT”), a new real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and managing income-generating apartment assets across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. With a flexible investment mandate and deep market expertise, P-REIT is designed to build a resilient portfolio that performs across market cycles.
Initially focused within the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and peripheral markets, P-REIT will target stabilized and value-add multifamily assets in high-demand rental markets. Over the medium term, the REIT plans to expand into other underpenetrated regions across Canada, including Quebec, Eastern Canada, and the Prairies.
