"After 43 years in the business, I’ve never seen a more professional example of project management. The team successfully led the approvals of an Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) for our 700-unit project at the Burlington GO station. This is an exceptional achievement given the challenges of that municipality. They navigated political and planning hurdles with skill, assembling a top-tier consultant team and executing flawlessly."
