Vice President, Public Sector Projects
Robin McLernon is the Vice President, Public Sector Projects for Peakhill Project Advisory. In this role, she is responsible for establishing and growing the firm’s public sector advisory business, providing strategic and process advice, and supporting execution across complex construction and major capital projects.
Prior to joining Peakhill Project Advisory, Robin spent more than 12 years at P1 Consulting / P3 Advisors, leading advisory mandates across Canada. She brings extensive experience working with public sector agencies across municipal, provincial, and federal jurisdictions, as well as a strong understanding of government structures, policies, and real property processes. Her background allows her to apply leading practices and lessons learned from public private partnerships (P3s), real property, and facilities management projects in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Science and Technology Studies from the University of Edinburgh.
