My name is Anitha Jesudasan, and I am the Senior Vice President of Loan Asset Management at Peakhill Capital. In my role, I manage the company’s servicing portfolio and platform, oversee investor reporting, and strategize process improvements across our loan portfolio. As a lead, my team has significantly grown in both size and specialization, driven by extensive cross-training, automation, and fueled by a culture that encourages ownership of work and continuous learning.

“My leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and solution-focused. I try my best to lead with clarity, listen actively, and empower others to grow. I’m always available to support my team and ensure they feel heard, valued, and capable.”

Peak Performance

One of my proudest achievements at Peakhill is building an incredible team that is both supportive and collaborative. As we continue to grow and learn together, we’ve created an environment where every individual feels valued and understands that their contribution is meaningful. Fostering pride in our work has been key to developing a strong and successful team. The Loan Asset Management department is among the fastest-growing divisions at Peakhill, and I am honoured to play a role in guiding our people through this pivotal period of growth.

Peakhill in 3 Words

What is one book/podcast/TED talk that has made an impact on you?

A book that has impacted me in many facets is “Brave, Not Perfect”, written by Reshma Saujani. As notably one of the most influential advocates for women, Saujani wrote this book to empower women to embrace imperfection and bravery. It helped shift my mindset in both parenting and leadership, embracing growth through the challenges we face, not perfection.

What strategies has Peakhill implemented to uphold a high standard of servicing across its portfolio and investment platforms?

The Loan Asset Management team focuses on strengthening structured processes, maintaining proactive communication, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. When challenges arise, we reflect and refine our approach. We are currently actively reviewing workflows, tightening controls, and enhancing accountability across the board. Custom tech tools support consistency, while regular check-ins and cross-functional collaboration help us identify and address issues early. We remain committed to evolving and improving to meet the high standards expected of us.
