Contact
My name is Dana Saunders, and I am Vice President of Investor Relations at Peakhill Capital. In my role, I oversee capital raising and investor relations initiatives, and have experience in managing relationships with family offices, high-net-worth investors, and independent advisors.
Since Peakhill’s early days, I’ve been motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a company with bold goals and the drive to achieve them. The trust, collaboration, and constant new challenges keep me engaged, and seeing my work directly drive our growth is what inspires me.
“I lead my team by example, consistently demonstrating commitment, integrity, and accountability. This approach builds trust and credibility, and cultivates strong client relationships that drive growth.”
Peak Performance
My proudest achievement at Peakhill has been leading the launch of our Mutual Fund Trust, which allowed our employees to invest alongside our clients, thereby strengthening alignment, engagement, and shared success. As Peakhill’s business lines continue to grow, I’m equally proud of how our team adapts by creating tailored opportunities for different investor objectives, while preserving the strong relationships and trust we’ve built over time. This combination of adaptability and alignment with investor needs positions us for meaningful, sustained growth.

What is one book/podcast/TED talk that has made an impact on you?
A book that has had a profound impact on me is called “The Commanding Heights”. Written by Daniel Yergin and Joseph Stanislaw, it uncovers the complex paradigm between governments and global markets in the 21st century, and reshaped how I view global markets and the power shifts between governments and economies.
How has Peakhill’s Investor Relations team evolved during your tenure, and what key factors have driven its growth?
Peakhill’s Investor Relations team has evolved from a small team into a fully integrated unit supporting diverse products, including debt, equity, and co-GP investing across Canada and the U.S. This growth is fueled by product diversification, geographic expansion, and a strong focus on transparency.
