Contact
My name is Jessica Wong, and I am the Director of Marketing at Peakhill. I lead all marketing operations, including strategy development, campaign management, marketing analytics, and event/sponsorship coordination.
As a lead to the Marketing team, my leadership style is rooted in trust and growth. I empower my team to take ownership and pride in their work. By giving space to learn and experiment, creative solutions come to fruition naturally. I strive to guide and support my team in achieving big milestones, while still taking the time to celebrate the small victories along the way. Recognizing these moments builds confidence, fosters engagement, and inspires long-term success.
“Cross-functional collaboration at Peakhill begins with aligning on a shared vision, enabling the Marketing team to bring concepts to life through tangible deliverables. It is key to maintain an open dialogue for feedback and idea iteration, so the final campaign reflects the team’s expectations and resonates strongly with the intended audience.“
Peak Performance
My proudest achievement since joining Peakhill is heading the brand development and presence of the firm. Hosting in-person events across the country has been especially rewarding, seeing how they bring together our clients, partners, and team. These opportunities bring our brand to life in new ways. I am proud of how Peakhill’s multifaceted marketing approach has helped shape our growth as a leading provider of value and expertise in the industry.

What is one book/podcast/TED talk that has made an impact on you?
A podcast that has made an impact on me is “99% Invisible”, hosted by Roman Mars. The series explores the design, culture, and architecture of everyday concepts that often go unnoticed. Each episode delivers a great level of storytelling and uncovers how such small details can have a profound influence, inspiring me to continuously push my curiosity and creativity. Some of my favourite episodes include: “Top Billing”, “Spirit Halloween”, and “For a Dollar and a Dream”!
Peakhill has experienced substantial growth since 2019. How has the company evolved during your time here, and in what ways have the marketing efforts contributed to this growth?
It has been remarkable to witness firsthand how Peakhill has evolved as our team and outreach have expanded across the nation. Marketing plays a central role in this growth journey. Through innovative marketing initiatives centered on creative storytelling and the sharing of valuable thought leadership, we have increased our multimedia production, elevated our digital presence, and created more opportunities to engage directly with our valued clients. The Marketing department has grown into such a talented team, I continue to be impressed and proud of each new milestone we achieve!
