Contact
My name is Michael Grossman, and I am the President of Peakhill Project Advisory. Peakhill Project Advisory is a sibling company to Peakhill Capital, focused on delivering end-to-end project advisory, development management, and project management services. In my leadership role, I am responsible for driving the growth, vision, and execution of the business, leveraging my extensive background in real estate development and construction oversight.
“What began as a natural alignment of values and expertise quickly evolved into a strategic partnership. After conversations with President & CEO, Harley Gold, I proposed a collaboration—and the rest is history. The team’s openness to growth was refreshing, and Peakhill Project Advisory quickly gained traction with several notable wins, many of which are highlighted in our case studies. We’re excited to keep the momentum going.”
Peak Performance
I am proud to have joined Peakhill and been given the resources and support to launch Peakhill Project Advisory. It is incredibly rewarding to build something from the ground up in an environment that doesn’t just encourage entrepreneurship, but thrives on it. From day one, I’ve been surrounded by driven, like-minded people who recognize the value in what we’re creating. Peakhill Project Advisory is a strategic extension of our business, and having aligned support from cross-functional teams has been a powerful driver of execution. Since launch, we’ve built real momentum, opening the door to new opportunities and fueling the growth of our team. What started as a vision has quickly turned into something powerful. We’re building it brick-by-brick with precision and a clear intent to lead.

What is one book/podcast/TED talk that has made an impact on you?
Malcolm Gladwell’s podcast, Revisionist History, has recently made a strong impression on me. He has a talent for breaking down complex ideas and uncovering overlooked or misunderstood moments in history. Gladwell is an incredible storyteller and narrator, with his podcast challenging conventional thinking. He is also the author of Outliers: The Story of Success. I recommend his work to anyone looking for thoughtful, well-crafted material that goes beyond the surface.
How would you describe your leadership style, and what do you believe makes it effective in driving your team’s success?
I would describe my leadership style as collaborative, accountable, and adaptive. I firmly believe in setting a clear vision and aligning the team around a strong sense of purpose. I empower my team to take ownership and deliver results—without compromising on high standards or transparency. Open communication is non-negotiable, and I hold both myself and my team accountable to consistently drive progress. To me, great leadership means pushing through challenges, adapting swiftly, and demanding excellence at every turn, while fostering a culture where everyone feels both challenged and supported.
