Peakhill Capital provides direct construction lending backed by speed, flexibility, and deep market experience. Our conventional construction loans are tailored to finance new developments or refinance existing construction debt, to support land development and building costs.
Funds are advanced through structured draws aligned with construction timelines, ensuring capital is available at each stage of the project. Offering both CMHC-insured and conventional programs, we partner closely with our borrowers to deliver a seamless funding experience nationwide. Since inception, we have funded over $1.5B in construction loan originations.

- Loan to Value / Loan to Cost: Up to 95% based on social outcome score
- Asset Types: Multi-Family or Mixed-Use (up to 30% commercial)
- Prepayment Flexibility: Flexible and Structured for each deal
